All quoted rates are based on a 2 hour minimum. Extra charges for services may apply if the video exceeds two hours running time. California Video will not duplicate copyrighted material. We reserve the right not to service damaged or broken video casettes. Videos with significant signal degradation may not duplicate or transfer properly. Poor image quality will not be corrected through the duplication/transfer process. California Video will not be held responsible for videos that are lost or damaged during the duplication/transfer process. Customers who use California Video's Video Transfer and Duplication service understands the above mentioned policies. Deposit is required for bulk duplications. Ask about special discounts for bulk duplications.
