Movies must be returned by 7pm on the date as the date printed on the receipt. Please check your receipt for the due date. Late fees are charged on a per item, per day basis. New arrivals: $2.75/day. New Release: $1.75/day. Always 2 for 1: $1/day. Regular: $0.55/day. Please rewind all VHS casettes (applicable rewinding fee 50¢). Wrong Items Must Be Exchanged Within One Hour Of Renting. Damaged Items Can Only Be Exchanged For The Same Title.

Customer agrees that retailer may charge their account and/or credit card without their approval or signature or card imrint for (1) extra rental or applicable charges, and/or (2) the full retail value of any item lost, stolen or damaged (hidden or invisible), and/or (3) any and all cost of collections. Customer is responsible for items rented on their account when permiting the customer's authorized agent(s) to use their account. Customer exonerate, indemnify, and save harmless the retailer from all claims of liabilities to all parties, for damage or loss to any person(s) or property arising out of or during use of items rented. Exhibition and broacast or duplication of video casette(s) and DVD(s) is forbidden by federal law. Failure to return rental property may result in criminal prosecution, violators will be prosecuted.
